Staff showed really good attentiveness.
The sofa bed was unbearable and cramped for adults. The toilet in the Family Studio was closet-sized. I had to sit sideways! The lighting system in the hall was irritating since it only activated upon opening the door.

The food was outstanding. Our rooms were reasonably large and absolutely spotless with 2 single profile beds, everything was nice.

It's a gorgeous wheelchair accessible hotel with excellent and perfect location in South Shore district very close to the prom and pleasure beach and the sandcastle water park. Food options are good.

Sofa bed's memory foam topper added some comfort for children. The family studio had a cozy ambiance, made it enjoyable at least for the kids.
The sofa bed lacked comfort for adults, which can be a problem for larger guests. One of the toilets had an unusually cramped design, made it difficult to sit properly. Lighting sensors in the hall only activate at close range.

Our group had a fantastic stay in the Three-Bedroom Apartment, perfect for kicking back after our adventures at the nearby Blackpool Pleasure Beach and the Sandcastle Waterpark. The space comfortably fit all seven of us, and having ensuite bathrooms was a real bonus. Everything was clean and well-maintained, contributing to our overall enjoyment. Despite being a bit far for clubbing, we found the tram station within a short walk made it easy to get around.

The Three-Bedroom Apartment had a great layout and was clean, but the parking situation is terrible and expensive.

Blackpool vibes 🎉
Loved that each room had its own bathroom. The owners seem to care, you can see it in how tidy and cute everything is, ja! Plus, it's a short stroll to Pleasure Beach-absolute gem!
Only downside was the walk to town-bit of a schlep, but at least it's a nice little adventure.

Chur, the food was good as, but the room was way too cramped for manoeuvring a wheelchair-it made getting around a bit of a mission. All in all, we had a great time!

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wifi, tv, and electric kettles. The staff once helped me find my forgotten hairbrush, which shows their dedication. I highly recommend it for anyone needing comfort. I'm coming back for a business trip.

The family studio was spacious and impressively clean, providing all the amenities we needed. The location was ideal, putting us just minutes away from all the attractions. Parking was a hassle, being both limited and costly, and the nearby noise from other guests occasionally disrupted our peace at night. It was a lovely experience, and the service was really good.

would return there.
My group stayed for 2 nights in a Three-Bedroom Apartment. It was clean and had a private bathroom. Great hot water and a tv. The kitchen was handy with a microwave and fridge. We were right by the Pleasure Beach, awesome. Definitely liked the spacious feel and how quiet it was at night.

Pos: the hotel's position was magnificent and perfect, just next door to the seafront and south car park, the illuminations, and Blackpool Pleasure Beach. I tried some drinks at restaurant Loki's Bar, located 5 minutes walk away.
